Contemporary Mediterranean design with an old-world Spanish influence is seen throughout this 7000 Sq. ft. personal residence. The home was created for a prominent lower mainland based developer.

The house was designed to be comfortable and private while giving the owners the ability to entertain on a grand scale. With the house opening onto the Pacific Ocean, every opportunity was taken to blur the lines between nature and daily indoor life.

Everything from interior design, building architecture, furniture design / creation, lighting and landscape was controlled by both Tim Bullinger and the home owner. Tim believes that it is imperative that his clients are involved in creating their own homes. Bringing a home to life is a collaboration between designer / architect and the home owners.

The majority of the furniture was custom made for the home to suit the architecture and ambiance of the home.
