A sophisticated blend of luxurious western design accented with subtle Asian influences help bring this home to life and becomes the canvas for a fabulous five million dollar art collection of art and sculpture sets the tone for this one-of-a-kind space. In the main living room, Marc Chagall’s “Artist As A Pheonix” is featured. World renown Sculptor Robert Graham was commissioned to create a custom bronze water tower where water streams silently down the hand carved German Bronze 4 sided tower.
This 10,000 square-foot house was created for a Japanese industrialist to act as a perk for his executives, and as a home for his sons while they attended Pepperdine University in Malibu.
In order to create a unique ambiance for the home, 99% of the furniture was designed by Arca3 and custom built to spec.
Custom brass cornices and crown mouldings were fabricated and installed throughout the house, to ensure a unique and elegant feel.
