 Through Arca3 International Limited, Timothy provided architectural, interior and landscape design consultation, and Bespoke Brand & Amenities Partnerships to one of China’s largest property development firms for a eleven tower mixed use residential destination resort, hotel, private members club project located in Shenzhen, China valued at $US 1.7 Billion.

Over a four year period, Timothy provided interior design services for Display Suites, Lobbies, Sales Centre, Bespoke Brand & Amenities Partnerships facilitation and introductory services. Having developed global cross marketing proposals and negotiated Luxury Brands participation within the project with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Burberry, Hermes, Quintessentially, SubZero / Wolf and The Jack Nicklaus Companies, acting as the Luxury Brands liaison.
